You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

✅ What Can Be Returned?

We offer returns or exchanges on items that are:

• Unused and in original condition

• In original packaging

• Not damaged or worn

Items must be returned with all tags, accessories, and packaging (if applicable).

❌ What Can’t Be Returned?

We do not accept returns for:

• Items marked as Final Sale

• Items that show signs of use, damage, or wear and tear

• Change of mind refunds (store credit only applies)

• Approved returns will receive store credit or an exchange.

• Refunds are only issued for faulty or damaged items.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can organise a replacement.

🔁 Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 3–5 business days to process your exchange, store credit or refund (if applicable).
